Fresh egg pasta parcels filled with roast butternut squash, sage, parmesan and ricotta.

To cook: Place ravioli in salted, boiling water and simmer for 6-7 minutes.

Use or freeze within 48 hours. If frozen, you can cook this ravioli straight from the freezer - no need for defrosting.
