Raw milk, natural rennet cheddar aged in cheese cloth for 18+ months. Made only in the summer months when the cows are grazing, using only morning milk for optimum flavour. This delicious cheddar tastes similar to the very best English cheddars. It was crowned the best cheddar in the world at the 2023 World Cheese Awards, and the best Irish cheese at that competition in both 2023 and 2024.
